I tried. While it built and ran, it didn't display the mail window correctly and would freeze. I do have a seamonkey suite built for 10.6. There are 2 versions. Grab the "test" version. I updated that one with better oauth2 support.

it hangs on checking password whenever i try to log in -using an app password-. is there a workaround for this? 52.0 works fine on windows, im on OS X Mountain Lion, if this could help
Any chance this could be back ported to Snow Leopard too?
