Thunderbird 52 for Mac OS X 10.7 and 10.8

Thunderbird 45 was the last to support 10.7 and 10.8. 

Here's a quick back port of thunderbird 52 for Lion and Mountain Lion.

This version uses patches from parrotgeeks Firefox legacy.

      I tried. While it built and ran, it didn't display the mail window correctly and would freeze. I do have a seamonkey suite built for 10.6. There are 2 versions. Grab the "test" version. I updated that one with better oauth2 support.
